Salsa Summer Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salsa Summer Soup
    2 6-ounce cans of plain or spicy vegetable tomato juice
    1 container mild chunky salsa
    1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cubed
    1 ripe avocado cubed
    1 8-ounce container plain yogurt
    2 tbsp. fresh dill
    3 tbsp. fresh mint leaves

Preparation
    Mix together the juice, salsa and yoghurt in medium bowl. Chill.

    Add the the of the ingredients to the soup mixture before serving

    Float a few mint leaves or dill on the top.
