New England Sammies And Fries - cooking recipe

English Muffins; 4
Poultry seasoning
Ground Turkey: 1 lbs.
Granny Smith Apple: 1
Red Onion: 1
Yukon Potatoes: 5
Sharp Cheddar Cheese: 5 slices
Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes in half and cut each half into five slices. Place in pan and cover with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, place in oven for 15 minutes and then flip over for another 15 minutes. When you flip the fries, start the sammies. Dice one red onion and place in oiled pan, peel apple and cut into slice and place into same pan. (These will cook until they get a little soggy). Make four paddies from the turkey and cook in a lightly oiled pan. Both onions, apple, turkey and fries should be finished in 15 minutes. Toast four English muffins in toaster and slice five pieces of sharp cheddar cheese.
