Ingredients
    200 grams of cocoa (amaro!!)
    1 kg of powdered sugar
    400 ml of pure alcohol
    1 liter of water
Preparation
    Put the cocoa into a large pot, add 2 cups of water (taken from the liter), place the pot on the fire and begin to dissolve the cocoa. stir slowly and in small doses, add the sugar. Keeping the flame low, add all the remaining water. Stir quickly and then turn off the heat. At this point, stir for 20 minutes to fire off. As soon as the mixture is cold, pour the pure alcohol and embed bene.Imbottigliate well and refrigerate.
