Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 T. parsley
    1/4 c. milk
    2 T. melted butter
    2 T. minced onion
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 t. dry mustard
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1-6 1/2 oz. can salmon, drain and flake
    9\" baked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425. Beat eggs in large bowl, add milk, parsley, butter, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and mustard. Mix well. Fold in cheese and salmon. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until crust is golden.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
