Romano Bean Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Romano beans
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 t turmeric
    2 T olive oil
    1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
    1/2 package of taco seasoning
    3-5 T water
    1 t cumin
    1/2 t hot pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 avocado, sliced
    1 cup grated cheese
    1 sliced tomato
    6 warm tortillas (whole wheat)
Preparation
    Rinse the can of romano beans in cold water. Add to a pot with salt and tumeric and cover in water. Boil for 15-30 minutes until the beans are soft. Drain.

    Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan at medium heat. Add beans, along with the seasonings and water (add more water if needed). Heat until the water has been absorbed.

    Spread 1/6 of the bean mixture on the tortilla and serve with the toppings. Add what you like and roll it up at the table.
