Aunt Leasa'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Crust: Add a sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon to your favourite pastry recipe
    Filling:
    1 1/4 cup pureed pumpkin
    1 1/4 cup milk
    1 1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    3 Tblsp flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 cup roasted chopped pecans
Preparation
    Put all filling ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into unbaked pastry lined pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes @ 450, the next 10 minutes @ 400 and the last 30-40 minutes @ 375, until toothpick comes out clean.

    Serve with fresh whipped cream.
