Peanut Satè Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peanut butter* (1/4+ c)
    onion (1, medium, chopped)
    garlic cloves (2, minced)
    lemon juice (1/4 c, fresh)
    sesame seed oil** (1/4 c, PURE)
    soy sauce (1/4 c)
    brown sugar (2+ Tbsp, dark cane or Javanese palm)
    tabasco/hot pepper sauce*** (1 tsp)
    peanut oil**** (2 Tbsp, PURE)
Preparation
    - Combine all in small bowl.

    - Blend on HIGH. (Use handheld).

    - Marinate fish, fowl, or meat in non-reactive vessel.

    - Refrigerate 1-3 hours, (covered), prior to grill, barbeque, broil or brochette.

    - Keeps up to 3 months (refrigerated).
