Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c flour
    2 c sugar
    2 t baking powder
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 t vanilla
    1 c vegetable oil
    1/4 c orange juice concentrate, frozen
    1 c raisins
    APPLE MIX
    5 T sugar
    1 T cinnamon
    4 apples, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add remaining ingredients to make a thick batter.

    2. Grease and flour a 10' tube pan. Place part of the batter on the bottom of the pan.

    3. Combine ingredients for apple mix. Cover batter in pan with apple mix.

    4. Top off pan with remaining batter.

    5. Bake for 1 2/4 - 1 1/2 hours. Cool on rack.
