Strawberry Cupcakes And Butter Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    For Cake
    1 box white cake mix
    1 small box strawberry jello
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 large package sliced sweetened frozen strawberries thawed and drained (3/4 for cake, 1/4 and juice for butter cream)
    For Butter Cream
    1/2 stick butter
    3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
    For cake
    Mix together all ingredients except the strawberries until blended. Beat on high for 2 minutes with mixer. Stir in 3/4 strawberries. Fill cupcake tins. Bake for 18-20 minutes on 350 degrees.

    For Butter Cream
    Mix softened butter with powdered sugar. Add 1/4 strawberries. Add just enough juice until frosting is spreadable. Beat with mixer until fluffy.
