Middle Eastern Spinach Turnover - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    260 g Spinach
    1 small Onion
    Lemon
    pine nuts
    Salt, Pepper (Black or White)
    Pomegranate juice
    Olive oil
Preparation
    Shop finely cut spinach (after removing stems), rub with salt and squeeze liquid out.
    Shop onion fine, rub with salt and pepper and add to spinach.
    Fry pine nuts in a bit of butter, add to spinach. add juice of one lemon and two tablespoons of Pomegranate juice.
    Add olive oil and Mix all together.
    On a flattened basic dough cut circular pieces, place a bit of mixture on the circular dough and fold creating a triangular turnovers
    Place on an oven sheet, brush turnovers with olive oil, place in a pre-heated oven (200 degree C) for about 12/15 minutes or until slightly brown.
    Can be eaten hot ot cold.
