Sour Cream Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Sugar
    1 c. Sour Cream
    1/2 c. Soft butter
    2 Eggs
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas - about three
    2 t. vanilla
    Cream the above.
    Beat in:
    2 c. flour
    1 t. salt
    1 t. baking soda.
    Add 1/2 c. (or more) chopped nuts.
Preparation
    Spread in greased 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 in pan
    Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until light brown.

    Cool first, then frost.

    Icing:
    Heat 1/4 c. butter over medium heat until delicate brown. Mix in 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 t. vanilla and about 2-3 T. milk until spreadable.

    Cut into 2 1/2 inch squares.
