Orange-Apple Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 navel oranges
    1 -Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored, cut into 1/3-inch cubes
    1/2 red onion
    1/3 C. chopped seeded jalapeno chile
    1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbs red wine vinegar
    1 Tbs agave nectar or honey
    1 tsp garam masala (an Indian spice blend)
    1 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
Preparation
    Cut and peel all pith from oranges, follow contour of fruit. Cut segments into 1/3\" cubes; place in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients; toss to blend. Season to taste with salt.Can be made 8 hrs ahead. Cover and chill.
