Indonesian Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Cooked Brown Rice
2 Eggs (plus one per person on top)
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tbls Sesame Oil
2 Shallots
1 Bunch Green Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
3 Thai or Serano Peppers
1.25 lbs dark meat chopped up
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Curry Powder
pinch Salt
pinch Pepper
2 tbls Soy Sauce
1 tblsp Fish Sauce
Preparation

Oil pan and saute shallot and garlic until browned (about 4-5 mins)
In separate pan cook egg into omelet
Add chicken and all dry spices and cook on HIGH heat turning often
Add fish sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce and keep stirring often on high heat
Once chicken is cooked and rice and continue to cook for 10-15 mins
Add shredded omelet egg and cook for 5 mins
In separate pan, cook egg sunny side up
Dish rice onto plate and top with egg (slice open yolk)
