Penne Tortorici - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Grilled Chicken Breasts (spicey dry rub of choice)
    1 small head of garlic
    3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 bags baby spinach
    1 box of penne pasta
    fresh grated nutmeg, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste
    2 beaten eggs
    chopped fresh basil to taste
Preparation
    saute' garlic in olive oil...season with nutmeg red pepper and salt and pepper.....
    add spinach until wilted.....
    beat 2 eggs and temper with hot pasta water.....add sliced chicken and cooked pasta.....stir in beaten eggs...
