Pulled Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boneless center cut pork loin(about 5lbs)
    Apple juice- enough to 1/2 way cover
    garlic powder
    parsley
    BBQ sauce
Preparation
    place pork loin in crock pot.
    pour apple juice over until 1/2 way up side of pork.
    sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
    cook for 8-10 hours.
    remove pork and reserve liquid in a bowl.
    shred pork with forks removing fat as you do. and put meat back into crock pot.
    add BBQ sauce, I use KC Masterpiece original but you can use your own favorite. I add it until it is the texture I want. also add about 1/2 cup of the reserved juices for a good flavor. you can do up till this part the day before and continue the day of serving.
    cook on low in the crock pot until heated thru.
