Anna'S Brussel Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
    8 oz pancetta,
    minced
    8 garlic clove, minced
    4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    2 cups of walnuts
    1/2 cup wine
Preparation
    Cook pancetta in olive oil
    Saute garlic
    Add chopped brussel sprounts and saute.
    Add wine, cover and steam
