Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 small onion diced
    1 egg
    1/2 cup minute rice
    1 teaspoonful salt
    1/2 teaspoonful pepper
    8-10 large cabbage leaves
    1 large can saurcraut
    1/2 large can of tomato juice
Preparation
    Clean and trim spine off of the cabbage leaves. Parboil until leaves are limp but not cooked. Set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients except leaves, craut & juice. Divide meat into same amount as cabbage leaves.Place meat into bottom center of the leave and roll up, tuck in sides.In the bottom of a cake pan pour half the saurcraut (Do Not Drain). Add the cabbage rolls.Pour 1/2 tomato juice, then add the remaining saurcraut. If you want you can use any extra cabbage leaves and layer over top.Pour other half of juice over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes
