Grandma Hoyt'S Baked Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 tsp dry mustard
    8 slices bread with crust removed
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups milk
    1/2 lb. shredded cheddar
    1/2 lb. shaved ham torn into pieces OR 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs, mustard, salt and milk together until mixed. Tear bread into chunks. Mix cheese, bread and meat into egg mixture.

    Put in greased 9x13 in. or 2 qt. casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
