Sesame Halibut En Papillote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 t sdark sesame oil divided
    2 minced garlic cloves
    4 cups shredded bok choy
    salt
    1/2 tsp chili paste with garlic
    4 6-oz halibut fillets
    pepper
    1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
    1. Prehea oven to 400 degrees
    2. heat 1 tsp sesame oil in skillet. Add garlic, saute 30 seconds. Add ok choy, salt, saute 5 min, Remove fro mheat and add chili paste.
    3. cut 4 15 inch squares of parchment paper. Fold each in half and open each. Place 1/2 cup bokchoy near fold and top with a halibut fillet. Drizzle each with 1/2 tsp oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fold and seal edges. Please on bajking sheet. bake at 400 u18 minutes or until paper is puffy and lightly briwned.
