Grilled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sized eggplant
    2 summer squash
    2 zuchini
    2 peppers, red, green, yellow, orange or a combo
    1 medium sized red onion
    4-5 cloves of garlic, halved lengthwise
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    coarse salt to taste,
    fresh parsley to taste
    sprigs from rosemary
    a lemon
Preparation
    cube the vegetables. cut the onions in half moon slices and slice the garlic lengthwise.
    in a large bowl, add the veggies with the oil and the seasonings. Toss them by hand.

    When the grill is hot, add all ingredients to the grill, either in a foil pouch or directly on the surface. When the vegetables have nice color and are soft, turn them out on a serving dish. One may add shrimp or chicken breast if. A generous squeeze of lemon brightens the flavors too. desired.
