Omega Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    375 ml whole-wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
    125 ml rolled oats 1/2 cup
    50 ml Omega Crunch shelled flax 1/4 cup
    50 ml wheat germ 1/4 cup
    50 ml sesame seeds 1/4 cup
    50 ml flaked unsweetened coconut 1/4
    cup
    1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
    1 ml baking soda 1/4 tsp
    30 ml dry milk powder 2 tbsp
    50 ml honey 1/4 cup
    125 ml butter 1/2 cup
    75 ml cold water 1/3 cup
    5 ml vanilla 1 tsp
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add just enough wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to mix it evenly, then continue adding slowly to avoid clumps. Blend until dough can be packed into a ball. Roll onto floured board until 5 mm (1/8 inch) thick. Cut into whatever shapes you like. Bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 160 C (325 F) oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
