Kabak Mucveri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large zucchini, grated w/ skins
    1 large onion, chopped
    4-5 cloves garlic, crushed with salt
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    3 eggs
    3 table spoons flour
    8oz\\225g beyaz penir, grated\\crumbled
    large bunch of dill, parsley and mint, roughly chopped
    1 teaspoon pul biber
    salt\\pepper
    sunflour oil for frying
Preparation
    Sprinkle grated zucchini w/ salt to extract bitter for 5 minutes and then squeeze out extra water
    heat olive oil in a shallow pan and fry the onion, garlic, and zuchini until they take on a little color
    beat the eggs with the flour to a smooth batter
    add cheese, herbs, biber. Season w/ salt\\pepper
    beat in zucchini
    heat oil to cover base of frying pan
    fry by dropping a spoonful of batter until golden on both sides
    drain on paper towel
