Bc Budz Mango Currie Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Lb ground beef
3/4 cup diced mango
2 Tbs hot curry paste
1 small egg
4 Tbs monteral steak spice
1 large onion diced
Bull Eye BBQ sauce (bold)
A splash of Jack Daniels

Preparation

Saute the onions with a little butter, then stir in a splash of Jack Daniels and a splash of Bulls Eye(to taste)and set aside.
Next mix remaining ingredients in mixing bowl along with the sauted onions, then form patties and grill.Best served on a fresh Chibata bun or Kaiser with a slice of cheedar,lettuce and tomato slice.
