Low Fat Crust Or Pupuso(Sp?) Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    acorn squash
    buckwheat flour
Preparation
    poke holes in acorn squash and zap in the microwave until soft. scoop out insides into bowl. add buckwheat flour, and mix with hands unti recieving the desired consistency. roll out, or just form in palms. cook however you want!
