Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake:
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 cups fresh grated baby carrots
    8 oz. crushed pineapples w/ juice
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/3 cup coconut
    Frosting:
    3 oz cream cheese
    3 cups confectioners sugar
    1 tbsp milk
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    1. In a small bowl combine the following ingredients and set aside:

    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon

    2. In a large mixing bowl beat together the following ingredients:

    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil

    3. Add flour mixture from step 1 to egg mixture from step 2.

    4. Mix well and pour into two 8\" greased cake pans and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes (Poke with a stick and if it comes out clean, it is done.)

    5. Let cake cool and then top with the cream cheese topping!!
