Sate Chicken On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup canola oil
    2 Tablespoons toasted seseme seed oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup honey
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 long diagonal slices across the grain. Place chicken in plastic bag and cover with the marinadwe. Store in refrigerator overnight.
    When ready to grill, bring the chicken to room temperature. Remove chichen from marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers.
    Lightly oil grill rack and place chicken skewers onto grill. Brush with marinade often turning several times till done. Do not overcook. Serve with cous cous salad.
