Summer Lentil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Green lentils (choose your own amount)
    Dressing: cumin, tumeric, coriander, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, pepper; olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon or other strongly flavored mustard
Preparation
    Cook lentils: cover with 3 inches water and boil then reduce to a simmer for 15-20 mins.

    Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to combine; or mix in a blender.

    Toss lentils with dressing, add greens, then add extras. Store in fridge.
