Asparagus, Pistachio & Chevre Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 spears asparagus
    1/4 c. toasted pistachios, chopped
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs or panko
    1 fresh log goat cheese
    1/4 c. chives
    Fresh salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water, 2-4 minutes. Transfer to baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Top with bread crumbs, crumbled goat cheese and pistachios. Broil 1-3 minutes.
