Mint, Green Tea Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cream 2 cups
    whole milk 2 cups
    1/2 cup sugar with 3 table spoons
    bunch mint
    5 packages of matcha green tea
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix milk, cream and sugar, heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

    Add washed and dried mint leaves to heated milk, do not allow to boil. cook 5- 10 min.

    Turn off heat, allow mint to steep in heated milk. Add matcha powder, whisk to dissolve.

    Remove mint.. strain heated milk mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Add vanilla , mix with spoon.

    Chill in refrigerator, when cool add to ice maker, follow directions of manufacturer.

    Place in freezer to harden.
