Chocolate Coconut Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon almond essence
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Whip egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar.
Mix together coconut, cocoa and almond essence. Fold coconut mixture into egg whites.
Mound mixture onto greased cookie sheet and form into circle about 1.5 inches high.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into wedges to serve.
