Cold Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups of roasted chicken breast cut in cubes 0,5x 0,5 cm, leftovers are the best,
200 gr of pasta, fusilli are great
1 can of sweet corn (250 gr)
2 squash
200 gr of mushrooms
2 cups of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayo
salt
Preparation

cook the pasta in boiling water and cool it down in cold water, set aside. wash the mushrooms and cut them in size of chicken cubes. do the same with squash,do not peel them. Oil the pan, worm it up and first put squash for few minutes, until soft and gold, then take them out to cool and put mushrooms in hot pan also for a few minutes until gold. set them aside to cool. mix pasta , chicken, corn, sguash and mushrooms in one bowl, put some salt, depending of your taste and add sour cream and mayo. mix well and put in fridge for a couple of ours.
