Michaela'S Grilled Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 ripe but firm pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 half red pepper, stemmed, seeded, and diced
    1/2 red onion chopped
    1/2 serrano chile, stemmed, seeded, and diced
    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    Pinch of brown sugar, or to taste
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Grill the pineapple slices until tender and grill-marked. Transfer off grill and chop into smaller pieces.

    Put the chopped pineapple, red onion and pepper in a medium bowl.

    In small bowl combine cilantro, serrano chile, lime juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

    Stir mixtures together.

    Serve warm or cold.
