Fish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tb butter
    2 tb olive oil
    3 minced anchovy filets
    1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tb orange juice
    1 tb basil thinly sliced
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp orange zest
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    cook butter and olive oil until melted. Add anchovies and stir until dissolved. add garlic and cook about 30 seconds
    REMOVE FROM HEAT
    stir in OJ
    add basil
    add lemon and orange zest
    add salt
