Chinese Barbecue Pork With Broccolini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lbs pork loin roast
    1/2 cup Chinese barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
    1 lb broccolini
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    2 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation
    Tie pork with kitchen string at 1/2-inch intervals. Combine barbecue sauce, sherry, honey and five-spice in large bowl. Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill pork until browned all over.
    Place pork in deep disposable baking pan. Cook in covered grill, using indirect heat, following manufacturer's instructions, about 1 hour 20 mins. Remove pan from grill. Cover pork with foil; let stand 10 mins before slicing thinly.
    Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave broccolini until tender; drain. Combine broccolini with oyster sauce and oil.
    Serve pork with broccolini.
