Tuna And Cilantro Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large egg yolk
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 None shallots, finely chopped
    1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
    3 x 5 oz cans tuna, drained
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None Grissini breadsticks, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk together egg yolk and mustard in a bowl. Gradually whisk in oil until mixture thickens. Fold in shallots, cilantro, tuna and lemon juice. Season to taste.
    Spoon into a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with grissini.
