Orange Rosemary Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

12 oz fresh/frozen cranberries
3/4 cup apple cider
1 None orange, zested, juiced
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
Preparation

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine cranberries, cider, orange juice, sugar and rosemary. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins, or until cranberries pop and liquid is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest. Let cool.
