Mini Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None refrigerated pie crusts
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 1/2 cup chopped ham
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
    2 None green onions, sliced
    1/2 cup milk
    2 None eggs
    None None Salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Cut twelve 3-inch rounds from the pie crusts. Press into muffin cups. Prick lightly with a fork. Bake for 5 mins. Remove from the oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0F.
    Divide bacon, cheese, peppers and onions among the muffin cups.
    Whisk the milk and eggs in a medium bowl. Season to taste. Pour evenly into the muffin cups.
    Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden and firm. Serve with salad.
