Mini Pork Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 8 slices
    8 None slider buns
    None None some lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
    2 None tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
    1 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
    None None ketchup, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork for about 2 mins each side. Toast the buns on both sides.
    Arrange lettuce, a slice of tomato, a slice of pork and some cucumber into the buns. Serve with ketchup on the side.
