Strawberry And Campari Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g strawberries, six reserved and the rest halved or quartered
    1 None lemon, juiced and with the peel cut into fine spirals
    1 None orange, juiced
    150 ml Campari, chilled
    125 ml strawberry syrup
    1/2 litre dry white wine
    1 bottle dry champagne, chilled
    1/2 litre sparkling mineral water
Preparation
    Pour the strawberry syrup and Campari into a pan, add the orange and lemon juice and the lemon peel and simmer for about 30 mins. Allow to cool.
    Pour the cooled syrup into a large bowl and add the white wine, champagne and mineral water. To serve, put a portion of the halved strawberries into an individual glass, and pour over the liquid. Decorate with a single strawberry on a cocktail stick.
