Spanish Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 None large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    5 None button mushrooms, halved
    1/3 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None red pepper, seeded and cubed
    1 medium red onion, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 None chorizo sausage, sliced
    10 None bamboo skewers, soaked
    None None Arugula, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
    Place shrimp in a bowl with mushrooms, oil and garlic. Season to taste and toss well. Let stand for 10 mins.
    Thread shrimp, vegetables and chorizo onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 mins, each side, until the shrimp change color and the vegetables are tender. Serve with arugula.
