Spicy Corn And Cilantro Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    3 None long red chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    2 tsp ground coriander
    5 slices bacon, chopped
    5 None potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 cans (11 oz each) sweet corn kernels, drained
    4 cups milk
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 can (8 oz) creamed corn
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Saute onion, chili pepper and coriander for 4 mins, until onion softens. Stir in chopped bacon and cook 3-4 mins, until golden.
    Mix in potato and corn kernels. Stir in milk, stock and creamed corn. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 mins, until potato is tender. Season to taste. Top with cheese and cilantro.
