1 (4 lb) rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Arrange chicken in a roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over chicken. Roast for 15 mins, until golden and glazed.
