Pork And Noodle Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12.5 oz lean pork steaks, sliced
    14 oz thick fresh egg noodles
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3.5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed, halved
    2 heads baby bok choy, leaves separated
    4 None scallions, sliced, plus extra, to serve
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    1/4 cup chicken stock
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    None None Red chili, sliced, to serve
    None None Cilantro, to serve
Preparation
    Heat an oiled wok or large frying pan on high. Stir fry pork in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each batch. Add noodles and garlic and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add sugar snap peas, bok choy and scallions and stir fry 1 min.
    In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, stock and sweet chili sauce. Add to wok and stir fry 1-2 minutes.
    Serve topped with sliced chili, scallion and cilantro.
