Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None small apples, peeled, cored, cut into slices
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 mins, or until apples are pulpy. Whisk until sauce is smooth. Serve.
