Baked Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups orange juice
    1 None cinnamon stick
    1 cup pitted prunes
    1 3/4 cups dried pears
    1 cup dried apricots
    2 cups dried figs
    2 None medium bananas, sliced
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4 cup hot water
    None None Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
    None None Plain yogurt (optional), to serve
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, heat orange juice and cinnamon on low. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until orange juice is warm. In a heatproof bowl, combine prunes, pears, apricots and figs. Stir in orange juice until well coated. Soak for 1-2 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Arrange sliced bananas in a single layer in an ovenproof dish. Top with dried fruit and juice. In a small bowl, dissolve honey in hot water, and stir in lemon zest. Pour over fruit.
    Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with yogurt, if desired.
