Day-Before Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup coarsely chopped dried apricots
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried figs
    1 1/3 cups All-Bran breakfast cereal
    1 1/2 cups fat free milk
    1 1/4 cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Combine apricots, figs, cereal, milk and sugar in a large bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 6-cup Texas muffin pan.
    Stir flour and nuts into apricot mixture. Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
    Bake for 25 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
