Avocado Ciabatta With Vine-Ripened Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None ripe avocados, seeded and peeled
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 None long loaf (16 oz) ciabatta, halved crosswise
    4 None vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
    None None Basil leaves, to sprinkle
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice and set aside.
    Combine olive oil and garlic and brush over the cut surface of ciabatta. Toast ciabatta, olive oil-side up, under a preheated broiler until light golden.
    Spread mashed avocado over bread then top with sliced tomatoes. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and garnish with basil leaves. Cut into pieces to serve.
