Chicken And Corn Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    4 None large eggs
    7 tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    5 oz cooked chicken, chopped
    4 oz creamed corn
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp snipped fresh chives
    None None arugula leaves, for garnish
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate.
    In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and butter and season to taste.
    Sift flour into a large bowl. Make a well in center and gradually whisk in milk mixture.
    Mix in half the cheese and all the chicken, corn, parsley and chives and season to taste. Spoon mixture into prepared plate and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 45-50 mins, until firm. Sprinkle with arugula. Serve with salad.
