Bread Pudding With Bananas And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups low fat milk
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    3 None bananas, sliced
    1/3 cup raisins
    3 None eggs
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease a deep 6-cup baking dish.
    Place milk and vanilla in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Set aside.
    Meanwhile, cut bread into quarters. Arrange bread, bananas and 1/2 the raisins in alternate layers in prepared dish.
    Whisk eggs, sugar and 1/2 the cinnamon sugar in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture. Pour carefully over bread and bananas. Sprinkle with remaining raisins and cinnamon sugar.
    Place baking dish in a roasting pan. Fill roasting pan with enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of the dish.
    Bake for 55-60 mins until set.
