Mushroom Bacon Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g mushrooms, cleaned and finely sliced
    75 g smoked streaky bacon, thinly sliced
    3 None spring onions, trimmed, sliced diagonally
    1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
    3 tbsp olive oil
    5 tbsp Marsala
    50 g whipping cream
    1 None baguette, cut into 16 thick slices
Preparation
    For the mushrooms, heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan and saute bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and saute mushrooms in bacon fat 5 mins. Deglaze pan with wine and cream and cook 2 mins. Return bacon to pan, and season. Stir in spring onions and chives.
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Remove from heat and top each with 1-2 tbsp of the mushroom mixture to serve.
